We specialize in creating wedding invitations, digital cards, e-cards, save the date cards & videos. With our team of highly experienced designers we can create wedding animated videos, WhatsApp images, PDFs or GIFs in caricature, traditional, royal, pastel, floral, quirky etc. We also create them according to various occasions you are conducting .
As mentioned above it's our speciality to create caricature wedding invitation videos. In this generation of technology obsessed people we think it's a new way of representing your story and inviting your guests since we are so busy trying out new things why not give this a try!
Since we make sure we deliver the best and on time we are open to customisation.
No doubt we will deliver you with what you just saw! But the only difference would be your names, details, events, venues and the photos if you are willing to upload them.
The images are accepted in hi-resolution JPEG format because any event we conduct is a special one to all of us and we want this memory of yours to stick with you forever.
As mentioned we always ask you about your requirements at every step before delivering the final video. It’s only after you approve we release the final video. But we understand there might be some changes you may look for even after the video is delivered. So we charge an amount of 750-1500 INR depending on the required changes.
Yes of course! We deliver what we have created and uploaded for a better idea. We make sure you get the best and inquire about your requirements at every step and will make sure you have the best and have no regrets in future. Absolutely.

For Video & GIFs : Mp4 Format – optimised for Whatsapp | Will be shared via WhatsApp.
If needed we will email the drive link to download the MP4 video on your laptop/ pc.
For ECard & PDF : High resolution PNG File. PDF File if needed. via Whatsapp & Email.
We do not share open files/ templates. Please do not ask for them.
Working hours : Mon. – Sat. (IST 10 am – IST 6 pm)
Video & PDF Invitation – Standard : 3-4 Working Days
Ecard & GIF Invitation : 1-2 Working days
If Urgent – 1 working day (+ Rs. 1,500/-)
For the second video as you asked here we only need to change the name, details etc. and everything will be the same so only 50% of the charges would be applied to create this second one. But if both of them are completely different then both of them will be charged separately. .
We already have templates from 30 seconds till 2 minutes which we have created for you to watch and have a better idea. However the cost is not based on the time of the video but the theme.
We always try to deliver you within the given deadline because we understand how important it is for you. We take 1-5 days which depends on the templates you have chosen. However, for a customized one our team takes 5-10days.
At every step we consult you before we move to the other step of the project.
For the traditional videos we have already curated, we inquire about your needs and preferences at each step before you finalize it.
For the caricature based videos we have already curated, as we said caricatures are your animated replicas so we create your caricature and let you decide if you like it or not. Then we proceed further with the video and apply the charges.
For creating a completely customized video, we again inquire you to know about your any other requirements like script, background design, fonts, slides, background music etc.
For the already created traditional videos, send for required details in our suggested manner along with the pictures( if you want to represent any). We will deliver you the format once we receive the payment. For a caricature video, you need to send us your best pictures as mentioned and send all the required details.
Payment is a very intimate subject so choose the safest method and make sure it is completely safe. We accept payment through Bank Transfer, UPI etc. we charge GST @ 18% may be charged.
In case you need additional slides or multiple versions, like separate for bride/ groom, or one version with only certain functions, another will all functions, it will be Rs. 750 – 1000 additional for each version based on template in discussion & how much variation is needed for video invites.
In the case of PDF & Ecards it is subject to scope of work.
NO, it will not get compress. We are in a market of Digital invites, we have some specific tools and specialized team working, so we have focused that it will not compress.
If the timings will increase from the pre-decided timings then we will charge proportionate for each second.

PERSONALIZATION
Personalization
Yes! We understand the urge as humans. We keep adoring a few things from here and there which makes us take almost everything but in case you want to match a few of our templates and get your own customized video the new charges will be applied for the video.
We have mentioned above we are open to customisation. But, additional charges will be implemented. In the video things like the video template, layout design and animation will remain the same as we give a preview to our clients. We will change the details, names, event, venue, photographs and background song can also be changed no additional changes would be implemented. But if you want to change the font style and animation. Separate charges would be applied.
We love considering your preferences and serving you with the best. But, if these are things you want to get done this will come with additional charges.
Caricatures means replicating your animated version So, it’s a yes we will create your caricatures.
We would like you to submit your pictures in high-resolution JPEG.
For caricature videos, we want you to send your best pictures. Now, best pictures doesn’t mean we are looking for your pouty or side faced pictures. The pictures should be front facing with a smile and with no sunglasses.
After finalizing the photo for the caricature we provide the rough draft of the caricature so you can check and provide us with feedback in real-time. But if we already finalized the caricature and at the end of the project you want to change the caricature then it will cost you extra and time is taken work.
In case additional edits or modifications are needed in the existing video templates, please inform beforehand and we shall let you know the additional cost for the same based on the scope of work.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations
You can directly contact to the assigned project manager for canceling the order.
If you are canceling the order within 2 hrs of placing it then there will be no cancellation charges but if we already started the work within 2 hrs then also we charge half payment.
In this situation, we check certain criteria :-
1 If in the group from passed 24 hrs there is no reply from team member then we will not charge.
2 If the project gets delayed because of the small updates from customer end then we will charge.
3. If there is no reply from the customer in the office hours then we will charge.

ORDER ISSUES
Order Issues
Yes, you can change the design before starting the work on the initial design you have selected. If we have started the work and first draft is already provided to you then it will be chargable.
In caricatures based invite we will create your cartoon from the photos you will provide. But in cartoon-based customization of faces is not possible
Yes, after providing HD Final video we can only change Music and Venue only. Rest can't be changed.
For two version of invite you have to pre-inform us before placing your order, there is extra charges for swiping the name in same design as well.
